  Campsite was nice enough, but dropping 3 stars purely because of the rude and ignorant owner Paul. I couldn't believe how he spoke to me! If having to accomodate customers by walking just 30 yards up to the office to check something on the computer for us is too much for him, then maybe it's time to retire. We were re-allocated to a new spot but we hadn't liked how exposed it was to the carpark across the river, the lack of grass, and the loud speaker our neighbours were using, so he literally used foul language at us when we asked him to check where our original spot was. When I told him that if we were paying $110 (so over-priced) for two nights on a piece of ground then we want to make sure its a nice bit of grass, he told us that he felt like giving us our money back and asking us to leave. He then had the audacity to use the fact that he had a sore back as more ammunition against me asking for his help! I'm not sure if he's forgotten how to treat customers, or if he has ever really known, but his behaviour really got our stay off to a bad start. If I hadn't known previously that all the other campsites (with better ratings, for reasons obvious now) were already booked out then we would've gladly taken our money back and not looked back.

  This holiday stay is cheap and worth it. There are many parks near here, the town square is close, there are many trekking options and the cabins and camping spaces are comfy, spacious and lush. Really recommend this place for others.

  We loved our time at Bright Riverside Holiday Park. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. They were extremely accommodating. The accommodation was neat and allocation was excellent. We will definitely be returning as we had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place.
